4x5? This is a rangefinder forum?

I gave 4x5 a whirl for a couple years in the 1970's, but it was too anal for me. All I produced were nice, sharp, pretty, boring photos.

Too many photogs get spread out all over the place. I had to decide where to spend my time if I wanted to accomplish anything.

Either you are this type of personality...

I know that I commented on Flickr , but I just realized that you are using Fomapan 100 , I think that this film is excellent and thats virtualy all I use now. Beautiful shot Kenny.

Kodak Auto Graflex (pre-1916) with Ross Xpress lens, Fomapan 100 Classic

Very nice! Similar to what I get with my Plaubel Makiflexes. Nothing like using a nice big SLR.

I used to collect Graflexes, although I never had an Auto Graflex.
Like what you are getting with the FOMA 100 too. Has a retro look to it

That hefty mirror slap takes some getting used to though. Shooting it handheld is pretty much out of the question I fear.
The fomapan image could've used a little more contrast, but I like the overall results.
I haven't had the chance to use the camera again so far. Hopefully I get to shoot some portraits with it next month.
