Please show your M8/9 low light photos

Rather irritating dead-pixel line aside...this is the Nokton 50/1.1 wide open, at ISO 2500.

I will strongly advice you to send your camera for the Red Line Fix at Leica Solms. This line will only get worse and will soon be visible at 160ISO. Usually, Leica will fix this at no cost.

On its way to Leica NJ right now...it is indeed visible at all ISO if you look hard enough.

Hello!

This is my first post as a new owner of a used M8. I hope to learn a lot about this gem in this forum.

Wow. Some stunning shots in this thread already. Beginning to feel pangs of inadequacy. My low light technique needs a lot of work...

Canon 50/1.2 wide-open on the M8, ISO 2500.

No noise reduction software used, Photoshop "curves" used to clip the shadows, as I do on Kodacolor 800.

Focus is on the Dessert. Fairly dim restaurant, table candle provided a lot of the light.

Canon 50/1.2, wide-open, ISO 640, 1/4~1/6th second, wide-open.

Apart from this one which was probably about a 4 second exposure.
