I have decided to take the plunge and start doing my own processing and printing. Now I know the inside of a chemical darkroom very well but am clueless about scanning and printing digitally.
I was looking for a workshop and it appears I am about 5 years too late. So can anyone suggest a workshop which works with scanning 35 mm film and then digital manipulation and printing. Or can you suggest a good book. I have been reading stuff on the web but would like to find a book which covers scanning, photoshop type manipulation and finally printing. And any link to a comprehensive website would also be appreciated.
Am presently committed to 35 mm, Leica M's and shooting black and white again (have done minimal b&w since 1975). Color (Ektar 100) gets processed at the local lab but have a tank and chemicals on the way for TriX. Thanks, Rich
