There was discussion about an app that acted as scanner. IMO a good option for on the run fast and very basic quality "scanning", but could very well be enough for web sharing.
Follow up quejai's project for a scanner, which is on the works and updated in a thread here in the forum.
For color there's the logistic option of lab outsourcing. Depends on you posting it to them, but they do all the work and deliver the files a week after receiving.

Ops! Forgot about that
Might just use a 16-80 or 50mm lens and my laptop as the light source. Might see some pixels but should be ok?
