Antonio, you seem to have tried to grab a JPG from your hard drive, but it's unlinked. One way to get images into posts is to upload them first to the Gallery (where you can upload JPGs from folders on your HD). Then open a second window (so that you can still see part of the first) to an RFF thread like this one, and you can drag the enlarged Gallery image into the GXR thread.

Not the only way to do it--many RFFers import images from Flickr; I used to import images from Tumblr--but I find the RFF Gallery-->RFF thread method easiest.
