Post your most satisfactory shot so far in 2009.

Probably this one, a random street encounter 🙂 :

......I like the flipped strap, he he.

probably not the best picture technically, but it's my favorite so far.

One of a few favorites:

From an underrated small rangefinder, Rollei XF 35.
Which I got from Ducky here in RFF. Thanks, George 🙂

The trouble is that I often prefer last week's shots (Claudia making a blouse, 24 Summilux) to the previous month's shots (Floating door, 24 Summilux) to the shots made three months ago (Staircase, Hotel du Nord du Pinus, Arles, 21 Summilux).

Which is as it should be. If I thought I'd already taken my best shot, why would I go on?

Cheers,

R.

I really like this thread. There is a lot of great work here.

This is my personal favorite so far this year.

Bessa R2, 50/1.1 Nokton, Kodak Ektar 100, B&W conversion in PS with Silver Efex Pro.

This ... because it was 'one of those moments!'

I woke up one morning with this image already in my head and grabbed my Bronica and tripod and drove 100ks ks to take it. Then turned around and drove straight home and developed the film.

The resulting photograph represents how I feel about this country I live in!
