I had a chance to play with the X Pro-1 and 35mm/f1.4 the weekend before last, and took it on a trip with me to The Entrance (north of Sydney). Here are a few of the shots:
[more here, not all from the X Pro-1]
It's a very good camera, and takes good photos. But I'm not sure where or how it would fit in or that I'd use it in preference to my other cameras. A friend wants me to stick with it (she's rather committed to the Fuji system) and I can certainly see the attraction. But I see myself being more likely to take my M for some types of photography and an SLR for others. Something I'll have to ponder...

I think it was a tad overexposed, but I also don't really know how it looks on your monitor. It printed OK, but I re-worked it slightly anyway (just minor tweaks) and compared the two side-by side. Maybe a slight improvement, maybe not. Perhaps the photo just doesn't work for you (it's hardly a masterpiece, just a sample I was playing with while trying to come to terms with the camera and pretty much the first shot I took with it).The second two shots are really fine looking. Impressively dramatic and well processed.
The first shot, though...it doesn't look good at all. Did you overexpose it or cook it that way?
Went out for beer this weekend and brought the camera to terrorize randoms with (as per usual):
