I just got my X100 last night, so not very many photos yet but I am really enjoying it so far!

Helen I've had mine for a little over a week now and have it set up with manual exposure and focus. But you can focus really quickly while in manual by pressing the AFL button on the back.
Hope you are ok? What happened?
