Maybe it has not changed so much. I remember as a teen (20+ years ago) of a fairly popular street scam where you got shown a VCR/TV/camera at a spectacular price, and you somehow managed to always end up with a nice box with bricks inside. I knew some people which fell for it, even knowing about it beforehand.
We are just seeing the electronic, globalized versions of ageless scams.

I need help too. I have bought the same RDS1 from Bruno few weeks ago and I haven't received anything yet. After I tranfer the money to him and ask him the tracking no. of DHL he never reply. Can anybody please tell me what to do now?

Man, I was just thinking about that scam a couple of days ago!! It happened to my step dad and it was awesome! He was/is a total ass and always considered himself smarter than everyone else....he told me so all the time. Always made it a point to show how much smarter he was me; then a 10 year old. Anyway, he fell for the scam and it was great!!
