I would say you'd be getting a sweet deal at $1000. I paid $575 for mine about a month ago, white lettering removed (I repainted them myself). And the nokton could be anywhere from $400-500 depending on condition.

Great news: I just agreed on the price with my neighbour. She agreed on 800 euros, which is just over 1000 us dollars. Hoping to do the actual transaction today or tomorrow. After that I'll post some proper pics. Very exited now!
