problems of not shooting enough

My excuse is that I live in a city, but so much prefer to photograph nature. That will change soon though when I move to Australia in August, I plan to shoot more 4x5 landscapes, and very much looking forward to it.

I feel like I must warn you, I find the Australian landscape incredibly hard to photograph, mainly because gum trees (by far the most dominant) have little to no order, continually drop leaves and sticks, and leaves the bush very messy (for want of a better word). I hope you take up the challenge, and I'd love to see what you come up with.

I see you're moving to the Mornington peninsula way, lovely seascapes, especially around cape shank.

I've been through this several times. I think stress was a big part of why I wasn't shooting much earlier. I'd get up around 6:30, drive to work at 6:50, and not get back home until 5:40 on days when I didn't have class, and not until 9:30 or 10 on nights when I did. Just thinking of it makes me stressed again. Once I was done with work, I started taking more pictures, and when I finished classes and went on a cruise, the pictures increased again.

Class starts again in a few weeks, as does work. I'm not looking forward to either. But I'm sure I'll take more pictures again when our baby comes.
