Pushing Legacy Pro 400 to 1600 -- which developer?

Have D76, XTOL and HC-110 at home -- and would like to choose among them.

I've never pushed this film before, so any experience would be welcome!

I scan my film, so my preference is for something that keeps the contrast under control, and is not over the top in grain.

Xtol without question!

I've pushed it to 1600 with Rodinal ... but you have to like grain! 😀

I meant add ... these were scanned with an Epson V700.

Agree, but without any experience with HC-110.

Test with LegacyPro400 @3200; Xtol 1+3
contrasty, but usable
