Question about KEH

I'm sorry of the stupid question but does anyone know why all their cameras are listed as "with battery and charger only" unless it is "new in box"? What do they do with screen protectors, strap rings, boxes, manuals, bodycaps...? I can't believe they get all their gear so "naked".

They buy & sell mostly used stuff, so if they buy it without, say, the box and strap, they can't sell it either...
