What are the dimensions of the beast (non-XL version)?
I am looking for an enlarger to put on a utility cart to be rolled in and out of a closet. Since I don't want to rule out 6x7 negatives, Beseler 23C seems to be a solid candidate. The Beseler site no longer has the specs though; they only sell 23CIIIXL, and these are too tall for me, and I am not planning large prints; 11x14 is large enough for me.

The 23c is one of the most rigid enlargers made. Don't compromise it with a wobbly base. find a very sturdy cart, preferably with jacks that raise it off it's casters. Good Luck. Joe
