Question regarding Classifieds

Hello;

I know there's been some bugs/issues in our Classified. I was checking out the classifieds the other day and noticed it appeared different. I took a screen capture of it.

Can anybody tell me why it appears this way?

It looks like the text input field was upgraded for comments. Nothing to be alarmed by.
