The followup review is the best. I like to keep all the dials set at even numbers too

Of course it's a spoof.. "they skipped a couple of numbers...it goes from 11 to 16.." and "you get darker pictures..." "an even number like 4.."

Our redoubtable friend has quite a few in the series now. Don't know whether the more recent ones have been posted here. In this one he compares the Monochrom and the D700. He shows the 21 Super Elmar too. It has less numbers on the aperture ring than the Noctilux, which makes it a less dictatracting lens. And of course, being wider angle, you get pictures with more megapixels.

Also, maybe someone here can help out Ikanagas with this Mac connection. His Mac SE has featured in two videos now and the more recent appearance has some very disturbing sounds coming out of the Mac. But for that, his LR4 download would have run smoothly no doubt.

This guy is a comedic genius. He's apparently posted comments on Steve Huff's videos directing folks to see his 'cause they're the most extensive and best reviews on the web. Hilarious.
His 4th video is a trip to B&H Photo in New York As he's standing in front of the store fliming, he says "folks have directed me to B&H because you don't have to pay sales tax if you buy from them," and "I hope they sell Leicas because they're the best cameras and will help make me a better photographer."
Great stuff!

Great comedy. I prefer it without laugh tracks as well. It's fun when your brain needs to take a brief pause just to orient itself.

That 3rd video was the funniest yet. This guy is bordering on comic genius for us Leica owners with a sense of humour.
I particularly liked what I saw as a dig at 'contemporary art' "you can see spring is coming" "spring furniture" "my house through the fence"
Perhaps it's now sarcasm at the art-world?
Superb. Still giggling now.
Steve.

Oh man, the Monochrom review, "and that's what Ken Rockwell says, and Steve Huff"
Nearly spat my tea over my iPad laughing at that.. This guy is great.

Note that Ikanagas is Saganaki spelt backwards. Just saying. (And just saying, as an owner of one of the most professional cameras....)

On the subject of Monochrom vs monochromE, doesn't he say "If you're cultured you know that other languages spell things different".

The viewers' comments are always worth reading. It's incredible how many think he is serious, but hilarious when they start to talk down to him.
