R3A Rangefinder adjustment under warranty?

Hi folks,

is there anyone out there who already tried to get the rangefinder of the R3A adjusted under warranty? Especially I am interested in experiences from Germany/Europe. My seller only told me to send the camera directly to Voigtländer but Voigtländer is only a brand of the Ringfoto group. So do I have to send it there?

HI,
I got the tilted framelines of my R adjusted by Ringfoto under the 3year warranty, my dealer sent it there 3 weeks late it came back fixed properly, work fine up 'til today.

The dealer has to send it there btw, HE is your contract partner, NOT Ringfoto.
