Curious, what IS the book, how did you all do it, and how can I get in the loop next time?

Dammit - I only put in my order for the first book (a bit late, I know) last week! I'll wait a little while to buy the second...
Slightly OT - does anyone know if there's a company like Lulu runing in the UK, or even mainland europe? Shipping from the US is a bit crippling - like 50% of the purchase price of the first book!

Ah, great , good news !!! Did not expect it so soon !!
Ordered my first one at Lulu a minute ago, shipping to Germany is almost 50 % of the book price, but who cares ?!
A huge, warm "THANK YOU !! " to the RFF book No 2 team, you've done a perfect job, folks ! And you've done it fast !!
From what reason ever ( maybe I did not listen again, my wife knows that prob very well ) I still don't know who was in the team and who did which work to make this great project run. It would be nice to learn the names of the members who have spent a lot of their off time to get the boat floating ! Just to make the applause a bit more personal.
I hope, those of the RFF members who are members at LUG and CVUG too will do a bit promotion for this book in these forums ?
And I know that some UK members have a good connection to the AP magazine...
In general it could help sell the book outside of our crowd to make it known to the national photo magazines in Europe too ? A national "RFF territory manager" for each country ?
Just an idea...

arrrgh... sorry, Randy! we tried really hard to catch everything.. a difficult task, given the number of people included and the differences in nationalities.. also the fact that we were going by real names rather than user IDs made it even harder to confirm everything
