Hi,
There are a collection of old popular photography from the 60s in a nearby library. I'd like to take a look at the old ones (probably from 60s-70s) when I get time. However, there are just too many of them and I don't know which one has the topic I might be interested in. Is there a database that I can use to quickly find out the topics of my interests and relate year, issue number, or even the page number?
I visited popular photography's website and cannot find this information. Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks!

Read 'em all anyway. Often, the stuff you aren't expecting is as revealing as the stuff you're looking for.

Some years ago I worked in a building next to a library and had a similar challenge. I simply noted the earliest issue they had and went there for most lunches and read one issue per lunch. I then did the same with their collection of stereo mags.

There are about 600 issues of the popular photography magazines in the library... Almost impossible for me to look through all of them.
I am thinking about photocopying or taking pictures of the indexes. That might be easier.
