Replacement film holders for Epson 4990

Just bought a used Epson 4990 that unfortunately didn't come with film holders. The replacement parts distributors on Epson's website all have 4x5 and 120 holders, but say that the 35mm holder is unavailable.

Is anybody using any custom solutions for this scanner? Or are there any 3rd party replacements for 35mm?

Try using a sheet of anti newton ring glass to hold the negatives flat in the right position it may work.
