I'm really new to this whole TLR thing and a while ago it was my first time to respool a 120 film onto a 620 spool. I was able to finish respooling but I encountered a couple of problems along the way. What happens to the film/pictures when you touch the negative side of the film? 😕

I'm not sure if this topic has been raised before but I tried looking for it in the forum and can't find any. Hope you guys can give me a little insight on this matter 😀

Probably not much, at least not when you had clean and dry hands.

I've accidentally touched the emulsion side of the negative occasionally when loading film in my reels. I haven't noticed anything happening to my results. Though I wash my hands every time before loading my tanks.

I'm pretty sure my hands were dry and clean... hopefully the photos do turn out okay when I finally use the film.
