The trusty Fed will be on its way to Pitadotcom today.

I enjoyed it's visit. The viewfinder was just as Keith warned "like looking through the end of a stubby" but the diopter did help quite a lot. At first I thought the diopter lever had something to do with rewinding the film, so I was careful not to touch it until I had almost finished the roll.

I also liked using a softie for the first time. I must confess that I did not realise it was a softie until I read Scrambler's comment about the camera having one.

I sat at my desk for a good 30 minutes trying to suss the FED out. the shutter select really trumped me and the manual didnt really help haha

Have you got it now pitadotcom? Just lift the shutter speed dial and turn, but you DO have to lift ;-)
