Australia/New Zealand RFF camera round Australia and NZ

Just got word the camera should be making its trip south in the coming week to Sydney.

Hmmmm where do i head to shoot.....

Hi,
It's going to be my turn after you and I also live in Sydney. Whereabouts do you live or work? I thought we might catch up for a coffee and exchange the camera.

Sounds like a good idea.

Probably wont have a chance to shoot the fleet review unfortunantly. I do have some ideas on what i want to shoot though.

Hamfish - nice photos, particularly the boys. And I think the dog portrait is clever too. They all have "something" but those two stood out for me.

It may be a stranger, but a distant relative of your Leica. You seem to have "clicked" with it (OK, that was perhaps a little heavy on the pun.)

Ricnac - I was getting photo withdrawals after yours. Great to see Hamfish's up now.

Carlsen, sure thing I'll add you to the list when I can.

Camera has kind of had a pause with me at the moment. Have a hectic schedule right now. Parter has planned a nice day out on Saturday to somewhere not a lot of Sydney people get to. I'm sure it will provide some neat photos and hopefully enough for a photo essay. So I'll shoot a roll and hopefully can send it on next week.

Finished my Roll off today. Was shooting away and didnt realise i was at the end of it and missed my portrait. :-(
Anyway whos next in line :)

yeah these were the salvageable shots. the rest were just black :(

Nice photos, Peter.

I'm looking at the great shots through the thread - and I really like some of yours - and I think i would like another go, too! Who knows, maybe we can just keep the camera in circulation.

Camera has made its way safely to Kutita who has been extremely busy the past week But will be back with us on the forum in the next few days.

Sorry folks, unfortunately I'm going to have to pull out of this round. I leave for a month's holiday with the family in Thailand soon and am just too busy to have any time for photography :( (should have plenty of time in Thailand though ;)). I've really enjoyed looking at the photos already posted and look forward to seeing more when I get back.

Kutay could you pass the camera on to Stillshunter (Louis) in Canberra please.

cheers,
clay

Hi all

I'm very sorry for hand-breaking the process. I've had a series of job interviews in the last three weeks and didn't have much time to go out and shoot. Today I've send a message to stillshunter and the fed will be traveling to Canberra soon.

I will post my images in few days.

Sorry again for the delay!

Alright guys I'm ready to rock n roll. Postage details sent to Kutay and I already think I have the 'right' film in mind.

BTW: Not sure where the moniker "Louis" came from. Let me introduce myself, Mark is the name ;) No drama, Louis sounds far cooler anyways.

Hi Mark,
is it a secret or may we know what fim you are going to use. Anyhow it is getting closer to WA, just be patient.
Hmmm…it will be either Fomapan 100 or TMY (TMax400) - both of which are bulk-loaded. The Foma is closer to the Fed's home but I just so love my TMY

Excellent photos taken all round.
Its getting closer and there's a mix of excitement and nervousness (due to the quality of the posted images).
I've got to decide on film too, between FP4 (safety film, not +) and TMY. I think the FP4 is closer to the era of the camera, but like Mark, I do love that TMY…

Michael
