>>>"There is an ongoing recent thread, called internet forums vs. creativity & improvement, somehow trying to defend RFF right for free gear speech, and perhaps the USA constitution, so to speak...."
Ruben,
Don't you think your original post belonged in that thread? Why open a parallel thread trying to cover the very same issues. your thoughts belonged in that thread, so all the hijacking/hooliganism/ and surrealism is understanable to an extent, don't you think?
No
Rondo,
It is not up to me to explain myself, since my substantiated opinions have been given in full detail, nor is upon to RFF to apologize before anyone for being a great site, nor any member should feel inferior when the word "art" is mentioned.
But Mr Pappy, Mr Pablito and Mr Gabriel - they do owe an explanation how they happened to sandwich themselves in between the disruptive company of Mr N-master.... and Mr Valdemar, who like Valdemar every time, couldn't with himself, and had to reveal his identity.
Being an amateur, a lover of photography, is a privilege. Being a member of RFF is a precious crown, and a creation to be taken care for.
Brian,
At the some point of this thread you pointed at me as inviting ridiculization, only to end alongside Fred, Valdemar & Co. This has been a surprise, perhaps not just for me.
Being this the case let me tell you clear and loudly, RFF is not just "a forum among a myriad of forums". You are belliteling what we are as a group, what Stephen has inputed, the expertize and kindness of our Coffee guys and you yourself. Self disrespect is a blind alley no lens cleaning will ever save you from, but only objective self appreciation.
My opinions have been given. They are certainly arguible like anything else. The stand and behaviour of others remains recorded too.
Cheers,
Ruben
And btw,
We certainly have excelling photographers enrolled as RFF members and from time to time excelling photographers do visit us for a while.
