Well thanks to a lot of people speaking up, Tom A has agreed to produce a RFF branded softy! Post your design ideas here and vote on how many units you're thinking of ordering. Here's my design idea:

Black softy with silver engraving.

No ordering info as of yet... we're still working out what design to use... you can go to Tom's site Rapidwinder.com, there's a link on the left sidebar of the forum to get all his ordering info. It will be the large soft release... and it's convex.

I like that first design but it reminds me of my current logo - the whole "aperture" thing is overused but it makes sense on a softie because, well, it's not a "huge" thing ya know?

I would take two but I would probably have to get another camera to put it on *LOL* 🙂

Cheers,
Dave

Is there a safe loctite or similar that can keep these things in place but not damage the camera? I seem to lose at least four per year. (I normally use the cheapies)

If you search this forum there's a bunch of threads on the subject, but most people recommend a drop of nail polish on the threads, let it dry to tackiness then screw in... non permanent and holds well. You can use Locktite... but be careful, there's two kinds: red and blue.. one is permanent, one is semi permanent, can't remember which is which.
