Anyone out there familiar with the FF90 AF camera? I haven't used mine in quite a while even though it's like new. My biggest dislike about it is the automatic flash. I don't see anyway to turn the flash off auto, but I know I can hold the flash button which pops up down with my finger and it fires, but I'm wondering if the shutter speed retains its flash speed or if it resorts back to automatic. I believe the shutter will go down to 2 seconds in low light, but will it do it with the flash button held down. 🙄

I believe "keeping flash down" is by far easiest and fastest way to to the job - much faster than cycling through flash modes by pressing a button. Just have to figure this out 🙂

Mines got an electronic fault, so I've never used it. A confusing group of buttons on it, to say the least.

Thanks for your input. As I think about it though, if the shutter speed will go down to 2 seconds, it must be possible to shut off the flash and the camera would have to go back to auto shutter speed by holding the flash button down. Otherwise, anything say under 1/30 or so would automatically turn on the flash. Does this make sense to you? 🙄

I tried out my FF90 tonight, held down the flash button, aimed at a dark area in my office and the shutter stayed open for two seconds. So, holding down the flash button does overide the shutter speed and the camera resorts back to it's automatic exposure mode.
