Found Robert.
I seem to remember that I was out in Manchester with Bob(France) .
We took a break in a student cafe basement type of place and this installation was out back.

Somehow I thought so, Michael. It takes a certain theatricality to stage a shot like that, and your work does not reflect that tendency.

Nice earlocks! I can't tell if they're evergreen or centipede, but they sure don't look kosher for Pesach. Which GRD, UO?

Michael, Paul seems right or wise or sensible in this. Little need for the right side window, though I would crop no people (including chap in safety vest to right).
You could credit a square to your GRDelleiflex. The woman's focus point is very like my Rollei 2.8d planar wide open, but also just marvelous, and the color is functional especially for her. She would lose no centrality in BW, but maybe some livid intensity would vanish.

Welcome, Maxwinamp. I especially like the depressing symmetry of the first shot.

Thank you.

I looked through every page of this thread and there's many inspiring photos! I ordered my Ricoh IV this week so I'm gonna join the boat. I was propably like many other people out there, considering X100 or waiting the V model. I wanted a robust, fast camera that wouldn't fail me on tight situations and that would take decent photos, that's all. I've been using Sigma DP2 and it's surprisingly good in street work while I set the focus distance manually but there's no going to higher isos and autofocus just ruins the day :-D
