Ricoh GR Digital GAS

Well I picked up my GRD1 last saturday and am already bonding with it. For some reason I kind of like overexposing my color shots by 1.3 stops:

Still haven't found my ideal setting yet. It's kind of strange I can save 2 settings, but I cannot switch between them without telling the camera which setting to start up in and then switch it off and on again.

The control dials are GREAT and makes you wonder why it's such a rarity. My D-Lux4 has this stupid joystick thing which is the pits...

For color I don't think I'll go over ISO400. Black and white is too grainy for me at ISO1600.

I think my D-Lux is going to feel lonely for quite some time...

Oh yah, according to the online DOF calculator, a GRD focused at 2.5m at max aperture is at hyperfocal. So what's the difference between SNAP focus and infinity focus? I get the difference, but why would you choose infinity over SNAP, as both are definitely focused at long distances, but the SNAP will give you sharp images from 2.5m till infinity?
