The last of the Great Lake freighters passed under the Bluewater Bridge last week. Some of them were stuck in ice floes above Lake St.Clair. Icebreakers were needed to free them.

really like your gxr photos, maiku, they're piquing my interest in the gxr. i'm holding back though, as i've learned too many times that it's not the camera causing the good results, lol. fwiw, you mentioned the M module before - a couple of places in china seem to be selling the M module for a good price on *bay lately, at least on US ebay...

The last of the frozen week-end series. I am amazed what the GXR 28-300 P10 module can do.
