Rolleiflex advance issue

Just had my 2.8f overhauled by Harry Fleenor and something odd is happening and it's probably user error. Once I have loaded the film and snapped the first image, the crank doesn't move forward, only backwards and back to starting position. Once I clicked again, it works normally, advancing the crank forward and back. Any ideas?

I had to send my camera back to him a second time. You should call him and describe the issue.

Mistakes happen even by the best. The real test is how a person handles their mistakes. Fleenor will make it right.
