Ruben kidnapped by the aliens?

Maybe he is taking a break from his super smooth oil bath Kiev and is now involved in apple strudel making big time.

I can't wait till he tells us all about it.
 
He was a prolific writer here, indeed. I enjoyed his sometimes, esoteric musings and hope all is well. Perhaps he's out shooting (his camera) not an UZI. If the aliens did capture him, they'd throw him back because he could talk over their heads.

I heard that he's out in Nazca to add a new drawing..
obviously it'll represent a Kiev II, not sure he took a decision about the lens, but rumors are about a ZK one.

There is some pictures of him below: arriving at Nazca Plain, drawing the beloved Kiev and, eventually, seems like he did not resist and drawed also a self portrait.

I think it's going to be a very hard work.

One may or may not agree with Ruben's musings. However, I find he is always interesting to read. And, he is always willing to share his knowledge and passion on many things, but especially Kiev cameras. I am glad he is still visiting and sharing with us.

I think most of the comments here are meant in good nature. Shame on any poster for whom that is not true.

Aliens are truly said to be of a superior form of intelligence, so I doubt they would have preferred the guy on the left photo over the cutie on the two right ones in case they'd been to kidnap a Jurassic film RF user on Earth. Not speaking of the camera brand...

Ruben has a great sense of humor and all the comments here were offered tongue-in-cheek as feeble attempts to equal his humor. Hopefully, they are NOT epitaphs.
