How to enter the city, camera and lens?

Ok, I think I have uploaded my two street shots for the competition successfully.

Now how, where do I annotate the pics with " city, camera and lens" ?

Hi. I overlooked that the city should be listed because there is no option in the upload menu. :(How should it be listed and is it possible to delete and reload?:confused:

So, does anyone know how to add a 'city, camera and lens' to an uploaded picture? Please tell if you do.

Stephen, can you please tell us before the competition closes and our un-tagged, un-taggable pictures are disqualified.

Added later: after I posted this, I went back to my pictures in the competition gallery. And just clicked on one as I had done yesterday after the initial post:

Lone behold, not only did my picture get enlarged (same as yesterday) , but today there was also a whole list of categories I could fill in. Yet the lens that was used was not even listed ... But I mentioned it inside the "Notes" and the EXIF data which can be brought up also was including the lens only as missing ...

You can add data in the Notes field of your photo.
 
I am a bit confused. In the new gallery software, there are native fields that capture this information. Shouldn't we use those in lieu of duplicating the information into other fields?
 
Can someone please tell me why I cannot upload to the competition gallery - it was fine before the gallery software was updated.

I am not sure what's happened with the switch over of gallerys, everything was fine prior to this. It wont let me click the photo contest 2012 to upload 2 images again to the new gallery.. Do the old images automatically transfer over then? Im confused. And one other question, the 2 photos I submitted one was shot with a Leica M4-2, and the other shot with my Fuji X100. Do both photos qualify for the contest as I do currently have a rangefinder body.
 
Hmm my uploaded images were not transferred to the New gallery and I can not upload again to the new one...
Guess got to wait for the next year contest... :(
 
I saw that too, 4 pages of 80! But none of mine... :(
Their link is still showing on the old gallery.... Oh well.

Every time I try to download I get that message. I'm downloading the way I always do.

Any ideas?

This is a strange contest:

I can see just one of my contest pictures in the competition gallery, the other one was visible adjacent to it a day or two ago. Today there is no trace of my second picture.

If I click on my name (under the still visible picture), there is the pair, but in the competition folder it is no longer visible, I searched all 8 panels.

Where did it go? Who took it out of the competition?

It does not really matter , does it. Just curious.

Maybe I should try submitting another one, but how can I 'delete' the lost one first ???

if I'm not mistaken, the competition was supposed to be open for new entries until end of Jan. and then voting should start.
I just checked out the competition gallery and a lot of pictures do have votes, mostly only a single vote and surprisingly most of them only a rating of "1".

I assume someone with a very strange sense of competitiveness gave a generous freebee round of low ratings to most members.
As we had a separate thread about low ratings, this seems to be something strange...

I would very much prefer to have the rating system like it has been in the old gallery, i.e. not anonymous. I'm not sure if this is also possible for the new gallery. Maybe this wouldn't work competition but I have also no idea how to cap ratings for manipulative purpose.

Obviously the generous prize is so tempting, that some folks forget about sportsmanship, sad thing.

if you search by your user ID, two pics show up.
