RxA Exposure Adjustment Sanity Check

Can I ask a daft question or two....

The R3A has a dial for +-2 EV compensation adjustment in 0.5EV increments right? But the ISO dial is in 0.3EV increments e.g. so will setting the dial to 125 ISO will give me a -0.3 EV adjustment?

iso dial set to 100 + 1/3 will give you roughly 130
but I think you right, for 100-rated film it will work as 1/3 EV underexposure
