Hi People,
I have an issue with the Scanmate 11000. Never had a problem before.
I am trying to scan but the preview looks brown. I have changed the light bulb and did the white balance (it said successful), but the preview still looks brownish. The white part of the preview is still dark. Tried with colortrio and colorquartet as well.
After a couple of tries, I manage to have a good quality preview; but again it started again. I will post some images showing the different results. Someone of the ScanHi-end told me that the scanner is experiencing an intermittent problem.
Where is the intermittence, so I can look inside the scanner?
Any clues?
