That combination of equipment is apparently scanning another building, in the fourth dimension.
It might be the Bizzaro world or exposure to Kryptonite.
Frame the results and sell the prints!
Then reboot and rescan - see what happens. Sometimes they just get wonky. If it continues, it's broken. Or it's your new "style."
Did it and it's the same! Only in the second negative is more clear. Other negs only have like the first pic. Other's do not have any of it!

AFAIK the scanner was not supposed to give you colours when scanning a B&W negative. This may not really help, but you may try to scan it with different settings, for example scanning it as a "colour negative" and then convert the file to B&W.it's a T-max 100!
