First of all the Leica store is in Bellevue, so it doesn't count! I would definitely redirect you to Glazers(http://www.glazerscamera.com/) in the SLU (Amazon country).
Second would be a visit to the Big Time Brewery (http://bigtimebrewery.com/) in the U-District, where local RFF people like to hang out. Inquire for details!
Gallery wise, I would heartily recommend Photography Center Northwest (http://pcnw.org/), south Capital Hill by Seattle University.

PS, it looks like we have an M3, a 2.8c and an XA in common!

I went to Seattle a few years ago and seeing the Edward Curtis images at the Flury gallery was a great experience. If you get a chance to read Short Nights of the Shadow Catcher by Timothy Egan first then the photographs will mean a whole lot more.

Surprise of the trip was the Dale Chihuly exhibition at the foot of the Space Needle. Absolutely amazing and no restrictions on taking photos. Supper at sundown on the space needle was worthwhile and trips to the big Filson flagship store, Pikes Place market and Lowell's upstairs cafe that overlooks the waterfront and Powells bookstore were also memorable. Have fun.
