George,

I intend to drop this. I respect the fact you responded and clarified your intent. I also appreciate that you have a preference as to language and content. However, you do not own any threads, nor are you the RFF thread police.

You have every right to call me out if you do not like my response, but it's not up to you to direct me or anyone else on the RFF or deem appropriate-vs-inappropriate content. I hope the meeting is well attended and productive.

I'll try to make it. I'm not sure if I'll have time to get a print done before then but I would like to meet other RFFers in Seattle. George, I still have your lens hood. I'll bring it by. What time are we meeting?

We are meeting on the 9th of September in the middle afternoon - or maybe evening.

I am cool with anything on Saturday.


That settles the day, I guess. 9th. Now, we must do TIME and PLACE.
 
OK, how would 3pm be? I still vote for the Elysian, but can broaden my horizons for other suggestions. My only prerequisite would be that there is plenty of room and light (see Elysian).

I wrote him, but didn't get anything back. I think this thread has been well-publicized, we can only assume he's up to something else. Like recovering from his 62nd birthday, or something, which according to his blog happened on the 24th. Beats me. :)
