Ever had a properly grilled wagyu burger on a bun you made yourself topped with just a nice slice of pepperjack?
I'm all for a nice steak but I'll take a good burger over that, and a steak done au poivre over either.
well, regarding the hamburger example... i would go for the ribeye 😛
But hey, if you're happy with some hamburger stuff, go for it...make the best out of it.
