September: Month for Selling Equipment

Yeah, but the R2M is a very nicely built camera...and I already have a classic in my P. 😉 I just want something with an M-mount to compliment my screwmount that has a meter built in. I'm not ready to take the plunge into Leica territory yet.
 
We alll have stuff we wouldn't sell. Mine are a 1956 Rolleiflex 2.8 Xenotar and my black Pentax Spotmatic SP body, all brassy and lovely and just CLA'd.

But I could use something in LTM wider than my 35/2.5 for my Bessa R.

I should've sold them well before September, but I've got a handful of CV lenses to part with....50/1.5, 35/1.7, 75/2.5...I'm keeping the 21/4 though! I think my Canonet GIII QL17 might be a bit redudant now since I got a Hi-matic 7s, so maybe it's time for that to go too....

Now, who's gonna be selling a good film scanner?
 
Hmm.. I have a leica m2 I haven't used in a while, got from LaptopRob here on the forum. And then there's a canonet ql17gIII purchased from and serviced by greyhoundman.. very, very nice condition.

But.. but.. what if I *need* a camera with no battery? *whimper*
 
Matt: Is the 21/4 in LTM? I've got an almost new film scanner (Plustek Opticfilm 7200).

I can sell you a bad film scanner 🙂

I did most of my selling this month - sold a Contax IIIa that I was planning to have CLA'd in favor of the Canon P which is being CLA's instead, a Konica Auto S1.6, a Canon 400/5.6 L that I wasn't using and I gave away a Contessa that I simply got tired of.

What this means is that if everyone is selling in September, I will be buying. Need to add a 35 to the Canon and a few other odds and ends.
 
I have, to trade or sell, a Canon 50mm f/1.4 second version (the best version) in leica screw mount with a generic 50/75 M adapter attached. The lens is in mint condition (optically and mechanically). It has the original front and rear caps, and a neat 48mm B+W brand UV filter/rubber hood combo that is extremely rare and perfect for it.

Stuff I'm interested in:
A black voigtlander/cosina 28mm f/1.9 ultron
Some other great 28mm - M-Rokkor? Canon f/2.8?
