There is something about the B&W picture coming out of the R-D1. I tried to duplicate that with my Sony RX1 w/o much luck. Great shots

I could not agree more. Which is why I stocked-up on three Epson's as we speak. During the past year and a half I invested in Fuji cameras and lenses and while I'm happy with the results, the Epson always seems to outshine the competition, especially with Cosina Voigtlander and ZM lenses.

Old earth I'm afraid. I just could not arrange for a more interesting journey at the time 😉

I was flying somewhere over Kentucky or Tennessee.. I shot the clouds through the dirty and scratched window of the plane. A good bit of PP in LR5 was needed to remove the window defects. Mostly darkening the sky. It was not that dark...

The only real digi I truly bonded with...will a 6mp camera make me happy in 2014
Certainly the sleek body, the cock of the shutter, the vf, 1600 iso capabilitiies, that lovely green filter...
