My mom was from Italy and used to make fried lambs brain floured and sautéed in olive oil. It was delicious! She was such a good cook she could cook a shoe 😀
Errr...no. It's a popular snack in Vietnam. Commonly referred to in the South of the country as chả giò, and in the North, as nem. The original recipe is with pork filling, only but I prefer the modern-day variety which has a mixed filling of pork and chicken. Cheers, OtLNice!
