It's what it says it is, an old Dodge, a former Chrysler product.
Judging from the license plate, this Dodge is quite a ways from "home". The OP may not recognize the specific make or model, but it's a fourth generation Dodge Coronet (1957-59). A land yacht that somehow managed to sail across the Atlantic to its parking spot there in North Yorkshire. 😉

I don't know the model Dodge this is, so I'll take dourbalistar's word on this one.
Double headlights were introduced in 1958, but those fins look very 1959 to me.

Based on the front grille design with the wrap around parking light(?) pods under the dual headlamps, I think it might be a 1958 Coronet:
