Never enough smoky peat

Ugly & quick DIY black paint 7 + 50/1.2 + OEM hood. When I got the 7 off eBay, the rangefinder was mostly disassembled and nothing really worked, so I got it all running then finished stripping off all the original chrome and did a quick n dirty paint job which has quickly worn into a nicely brassed looking body. Plus it covered up the smell of tobacco.

Got this from a jewelry shop owner who "hadn't shot it in years". I'd say at least twenty. I cleaned the fungus out of the lens, and the meter still works fairly accurately.

Got a new old macro for my digital so thought I'd take a few pics of the VI-T.

Fewer quirks with this one, I hope. Canon P. If it works, I'll take a better shot of it than this.
Looks like a Goodwill photo.

I've been slowly kitting out the P as I find stuff for it.

Canon Hood, Adapter, and Walz Filter by br1078phot, on Flickr
Canon hood for 1.8/50, 2.8/35, and 3.2/35 on 40mm to Series VI adapter, with Walz 40mm UV filter. I would not recommend stacking the adapter on top of a filter, as it may cause vignetting (this is just the way they came). Note the C on the Walz filter, the only thing denoting its thread size.

Canon 3.5/100 with Case by br1078phot, on Flickr
Leica screw mount for Canon rangefinder cameras.

Canon P with 3.5/100 by br1078phot, on Flickr
Takes 34mm filters.

Canon P with Model V flash unit by br1078phot, on Flickr
Takes size 6 bulbs, but can be adapted for sizes 3 and 25. Uses FP, M, and F type bulbs. The adapter that came with mine is for another flash unit, and won't work with this one.

Canon Auto-Up Sets by br1078phot, on Flickr
Close-up adapters made for the 1.8/50. The original (on the camera) has a range of 40"-22". Number II (in the case) has a range of 20"-15". The original also came in it's leather case.

I need to get a bigger bag.

The entirety of my Canon RF collection.
I'm looking for a Canon 35mm and/or 50mm, though (hoping for one on the right side of the ocean). My Jupiters have their limitations.

All very nice things I'm seeing here.
Today the first version of my new website went online where I show (amongs other stuff) all the Canon RF (and Canon FD) items that I own. The lenses even have the official diagrams included (click on the picture of the RF lens).

Thanks for looking! I do need to fill out the pro's en cons though - need to find some time for that..

Canon 7 - Canon 50mm f1.4
That is one gorgeous looking Canon 7...
I have recently been accessorizing my Canon 7. I first found a Canon Accessory Coupler, then last week I found a NOS Canon Camera Holder L, complete with the secondary bracket and the leather case. I also found a Canon Flash V₂.

I have two Canon Rangefinders, a IV and a IVs. I normally use Russian lenses but when I need a Telephoto, I have a Canon Serenar 100mm f/4 that was given to me.
Not shown is my Canon 28mm f/3.5 that stays on my Leica IIIf.
