Officially introduced at the 1932 Leipzig Spring Fair, this camera was delivered three weeks earlier. Here shown with some contemporary postcards from the Leipzig fair.

A recent acquisition. The Leicavit makes this as smooth & fast as my M cameras. Love it! A real engineering marvel IMO and a beautiful fit in the hands.

Film cameras are long gone for me. But I can still feel the lovely 'snick' of the Barnack's shutter. I loved using that camera, everything from loading film to focusing the viewfinder frame to releasing the shutter! Miss it... but can't afford the film process anymore. Sad.
