I really enjoy using the baby Rollei. If you don't mind paying $12 - $20 a roll you can still buy newly made 127 film from Film Photography Project. I'd rather do my own so I buy the bulk 46mm HP5+ that Ilford sells in their annual "odd formats" sale, and re-roll it in recycled backing paper and spools from old Efke 100 rolls of which I had many. For other films, I have a slitter you can pull a roll of 120 through, which gives you a roll of 127 and a roll of Minox sized film.

I saw yesterday (I think on RFF or Photrio) that an Instax Mini sheet fits perfectly in a baby rollei, too!

The cost, and even the hassle, aren't the issue. There's no Ektachrome in that size! 😢

I just pull 120 ektachrome through the slitter (@xkaes sells them on etsy). Works fine.

Right -- the II is the one to get, since the I has no manual control (in short, doorstop if the electronics don't work).

Just pulled the negatives from the rinse, it definitely works. Whole roll was on Auto exposure with Kentmere 400. I'll scan them later today.

Hi all, I'm starting a new project soon involving a Rolleiflex, Soho and street photography (my username might provide a hint), so I got this from my cousin for some practice. It belonged to his dad, who it seems never used it given its pristine appearance! I've shot a couple of rolls with it this week, and should get the results back in a week or so's time. It seems to operate properly, although I am conscious of the fact that it's circa 50 years old and has never been serviced, so it might have lubrication issues.
