show us your Retina!

It does indeed. There is a slider cover on the side you cant see that covers the sensor. I've been told that this meter is pretty rare; however, I cant really confirm this.

Ooh, I have one of these - certainly it's the only one I've ever seen, and is still accurate enough for most purposes, though a bit on the fiddly side because of its small size. Like my Retina, I guess - if I can find the thing I will pair them up!

You should find and pair it with the Retina definitely! IMO, it completes it - kinda like louvers on a fastback mustang! :D

Kodak Retina IIIc Type 021 Ausf. II

Arrived on Monday. Shutter stripped down and parts soaked overnight in my ultrasonic cleaner. Reassembled lubed and adjusted Tuesday. Today I shot 2 rolls of Double XX. Both rolls hanging to dry in my darkroom and look good with excellent sharpness and contrast.

My Retina II just got back from it's trip to New Zealand where it was restored by Retina expert Chris Sherlock.
I'm very impressed with Chris, he's very communicative and informative, and he's quick, considering that he's halfway around the world.

This was my Father's one (late 50'/early '60)... I started shooting with this camera in early '70...
Unfortunately, shutter doesn't work anymore.... :bang:

Two Retina IIa. The one with the f:2 Xenon arrived this week from Chris Sherlock after a overhaul.

Has anybody disassembled a Kodak Retina 117 or 118 shutter for CL and eventually A? And if, how?

Thanks in advance

The original leatherettes were very bad, so I recovered this one in some brown leatherette material instead.

Of course, once it is in the leather case , the leatherette can hardly be seen.

I need to adjust the meter, as it's a couple of stops off. Or tweek my Sunny-16 meter.

I inherited this IIIC from my grandfather. This was one of several Retina cameras in his collection.
