I've been going super-wide with an Arsat 30/3.5 on my Salut-S.

The link has some Arsat 30 images. It's a full frame fisheye. Things get curvy although not as much, I think, as on my 17mm Pentax Super Takumer Fisheye. They go for $265 from Russia (with love) on eBay. I bought mine on eBay from a US seller for $157. Bargains can be had although even at $265 it's a bargain. Haven't got any film back yet. It's one big hunk of glass!
Sorry, but may I ask carefully if the Yashica lens has Pentax K-mount ? As far as I know the lens was produced with Contax/Yashica mount which is not compatible to Pentax K-mount.My new camera, a DSLR.
Have orderd a Yashica 50mm f1.9 lense, I hope it will do better than my 18-55 lense.
Sorry, but may I ask carefully if the Yashica lens has Pentax K-mount ? As far as I know the lens was produced with Contax/Yashica mount which is not compatible to Pentax K-mount.
Check it out before frustrated.
