Fotch, that's an incredible piece of history.
Here are a "miniature" by comparison, from the 30's, the not-so-miniature SL66 that I'm using quite a bit lately (from Dimitris via the RFF classifieds!), and a true "miniature format" camera (35mm, that is).

Nikomat FTN - had to get it. Very sturdy camera, able to take a licking and keep on ticking
Nikon FM - just wanted a small SLR to toss around my shoulder and walk around with. Was dirt cheap because it's beat up (but works great)
Pentax SL - rescued it and a 50mm Super-Takumar from the junk bin at a place downtown. Works really well and is very sturdy.
Pentax K1000 - b-day gift from my dad to use for school. takes excellent photos

These Graflexes fascinate me. 3 1/4 x 4 1/4... Hmm, could make a Polaroid adapter!
Gordon, my Kiev 88 salutes your Salyut. I hope the Salyut has better film spacing than my Kiev.

My first SLR... the venerable Zenit E. Nothing automatic, I had to grasp the concept of focussing, apertures, shutter speeds, film speeds (learning that there were at least 3 sorts of ratings as well), loading and unloading film, stop-down lenses and match-needle exposure meters. Easy, for this 12-yr old.
I miss that camera sometimes. 21 din, anyone?
