Shutter count on the GA645

How can the shutter count be determined? Whats a good/acceptable count number?

While holding the exposure compensation button down, rotate the back dial to ISO. Read the shutter count in the lcd display. The count is in hundreds. Example:10 = 1000 clicks.

the camera says 013 00, which means 1300 clicks? Is that a lot for this kind of camera? While we at it, can this model still be serviced?
