Yesterday night, I was lucky enough to meet up with David (film dino). He was also kind enough to offer me 10 rolls of XP2 that he brought back from Singapore! Looks like he has to stock up on it again! After looking at the size his 28 Color Skopar, I might just be ready to dive in!

Haha Terence... your order placing message is tempting me.

But anyways, it was great to chat up with David! We sorta lost track of time and almost forgot dinner! :p Testing his IIIc was good fun! I can't believe I'm looking through Ebay now....:bang:

I'm surprised no one here has considered the R-D1. It's a fantastic piece of kit, albeit at a price. Couple it with the value for money CV gear, it'd be a great combination for your first digi RF.

So far only 2 triggerwinders and a Leica 90mm on order, anyone else?

Still considering the 28mm (either 3.5 or 1.9). Will let you know before the due date.

RD-1 will have to wait, I guess, considering the majority of my wife fund went into the mechanical thing that is sitting in my dry box now.

that 15 Heliar beckons but will have to join the queue. The top of the queue is currently occupied by the New South Wales government.
Still I'm sure there will be an October order? & v. likely a Christmas one. I live in hope

Seems like there might be, judging from the trend from the last couple of months... :( The wallet is taking a real beating lately.
 
It's the timing i guess. I presently know of 3 people who would be interested in this bag. So.... this is for them. S$70 is a really good price. I've not seen prices drop till that for this bag yet. This is second best.

Very new to posting pics ... not sure what to do - I just tried to make the file size small, but didn't know they were still so big.

And too much compression will result in a lot of jaggies and pixelization in your image. Best to resize to something 1000 pixels wide or less and if using PS, save at a "8" and it should be enough for web publishing, your file size will be about 100-200k.
